Step 1 - Collect history to understand how the problematic behaviour started and what is maintaining it. We have our clients complete an intake form, and during the first appointment, we review it together to confirm our understanding of the problem behavior. Step 2 - Explain how dogs learn and how behaviors form and what is reinforcing the problem behaviour, and how you’ll change the behaviour over time. Step 3 - Teach YOU how to teach your dog! The changes to your dogs’ behaviors will require consistent effort over time, and if with our help, you’ll have the skills needed to get your dogs behavior back on the road to success!
